ACCA DACCA
Australia Wide
ACCA/DACCA is Australia's only Internationally acclaimed, totally rockin', tribute show to the late great man of rock Bon Scott and the legend that is AC/DC! This is a show not to miss.
ACCA/DACCA replicate with precision not only the hard rock music of AC/DCnote for note but front man Larry Attard caps the show off with passionate vocals that you would mistake for Bon Scott himself. Switching to Brian Johnson isn't a problem for this seasoned performer as he belts out classics from the "BACK IN BLACK" album to "THE RAZORS EDGE". Brian would be proud to hear himself replicated with such precision and passion.
The ACCA/DACCA show is performed with a mega 25,000 watts of sound and a 60 can lighting rig plus special effects which make ACCA/DACCA look and MOST importantly sound like AC/DC themselves.
Mic C [our Angus] was almost born for this part what with those distinctive knobbly knees and repeat offender looks. In full uniform Mick C rules the stage like the wayward schoolboy Angus himself, while ripping out perfect Angus licks note for note , defying even the harshest of critics to find any dissimilarity.
The back line is phenomenal; with Mick Bristow [our Malcolm] stabilizing the foundations with that hard hitting, heavy guitar sound we all know is AC/DC. Bass playing is superbly controlled by Stavros Tsolakides [our Cliff] while drumming is “pounded” out in true Rock n Roll Train style by Danny Curtis [our Phil Rudd] .
Together with 25,000 watts of sound and a huge light show, while using exactly the same instruments as AC/DC themselves, ACCA/DACCA looks, performs, and most importantly and unmistakeably, sounds identical to AC/DC !!
ACCA/DACCA tours constantly, not only throughout Australia, but New Zealand and Indonesia have now been conquered with rave reviews from local press and the booked venues that the band absolutely overwhelmed on those tours !
ACCA DACCA recently performed as the house band for the season opening of Australia’s Channel 9 NRL Footy Show from Sydney. Any other band in the land could have been seconded to open this widely known and most watched show, however ACCA DACCA was Channel 9’s preferred choice ! ACCA DACCA was then invited back to do the big “ On the Road ” NRL Footy Show in May , performing to a live audience of 3000 at Suncorp Piazza Brisbane and which was broadcast out to a reported 5million viewers in Australia and New Zealand. Channel 9 Executives were over the moon with the obvious extra energy and the “not being able take your eyes off the show” factor that Acca Dacca’s performance brought to their famous broadcast on the night !
