Barrie Edwards – Group leader, Bass player and vocalistBarrie’s bass is strongly influenced by the hard driving styles of Ray Brown, Ron Carter and Charlie Mingus. His vocals reflect the influence of Mark Murphy, Tony Bennet and Michael Franks.
Brian Davies – Vocalist and expert guitarist
Brian’s style shows influence of blues, Latin American, mainstream and modern jazz. Brian is the principal vocalist of the group. His smooth vocals are in the style of Harry Connick Jnr, Frank Sinatra, Mel Torme and George Benson.
Dave Gardner – Brilliant swinging clarinet and tenor sax player
Dave’s clarinet playing reflects the influence of jazz greats such as Benny Goodman and Eddie Daniels. His cool tenor style shows the influence of Stan Getz playing never fails to capture and hold the attention of the audience.
Ron Trigg – Flute, Clarinet and Sax
Ron is the master of all three instruments and his playing encompasses all modern music styles from Latin America to Rock n Roll and Swinging Jazz. His love and understanding of Jazz is reflected in his bright and exuberant playing style.
