Everyone knows that Melbourne is the place for good food, wine and music so there was no surprise on Saturday with the rain holding off and the sun creeping out!

Windows on the Bay was this year’s host of the festival’s Master Chef Marquee for the gourmet dining experience at this month’s Mordialloc by the Bay Fine Food, Wine and Music Festival. 5-course Seafood Degustation and wine tasting featuring Kathlean Quealy from Quealy Wine/Balnarring Vinyard, demostrations from talented chefs including Josh Tirant from Windows on the Bay and skilled professionals from Melbourne’s southeast and the Mornington Peninsula including Michael Goldman, along with workshops on pasta-making, vegetable-carving and more.
