Big band music is a style of jazz originating in the 1930's and 1940's. A typical big band consists of saxophones, trombones, trumpets, a rhythm section (piano, bass, guitar, and drums), and vocalists. Big bands are available to play at many types of events including weddings, dances, concerts, conventions, parties, and corporate events.
